Medical Student Training Practice.

Our practice is a teaching practice supporting QUB students at various stages of their professional training, this may mean at times that a student may be present, with your consent, during a consultation, or may triage your call.

The Practice Team

Practice Manager: Jacqueline Kirk.
She is available to discuss administration and non-medical aspects of your health care during surgery hours. If you have any suggestions, criticisms or complaints Jacqueline will be happy to discuss them with you.

All the receptionists have the skill and experience to advise on the best use of our services and are approachable at any time during surgery hours. Anything you tell them will be treated in confidence. Please rest assured that the rules of confidentiality apply equally to all our practice staff.

The receptionists have a very difficult job and work hard to provide the best possible service to our patients. This can include initial information gathering at first point of contact. Please always try to treat them courteously.
