Change of clinical system between Tuesday 3rd February 2026 and Friday 13th February 2026

We are changing our computer systems from 3rd February 2026 to 13th February 2026.

This means there will be considerable disruption to GP services such as repeat prescriptions and appointments during this time. We will only be dealing with emergencies between these dates.

Please ensure that you have requested any repeat medications which you may require before and during this time period.  Allow extra time for your request to be processed prior to our computer system being down.

For Online Services ie. Repeat Prescription requests - you will no longer be able to order your medication from 3rd February 2026 until we get our new Online System up and running.  Repeat medication can be requested by contacting reception prior to our computers being down.  We will send new online registration links for online services to all patients who have active accounts as soon as we possibly can from the new system.
