Complaints

We endeavour to provide the best possible service at all times. However should you have any cause for complaint regarding any aspect of treatment or services at The Surgery, you should ask to speak to the practice manager in the first instance.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, you may be asked to put your concern in writing to the practice manager.

Alternatively you may simply put your concerns in writing, addressed to the practice manager.
Your complaint will receive personal and prompt attention.

This does not affect your right to make a formal complaint to The Health & Social Care Group, should you wish to do so.
